About Inbee

Inbee exists because, like us at TPOP, a team of 3 to 25 people — who answer customers, sell and run internal work in the same day — does not need five products. It needs one place: your customers, your team, your documents, in one place. And an AI that knows all of it.

Support and website chat, CRM, docs, Ask Inbee, mail and team chat, newsletters: the same workspace, permissions per person. The customer agent answers visitors from the public help center; the internal assistant only reads what each person is allowed to see. You pay the customer agent only when it solves the question: 50 included each month, then €0.50 excl. tax, with a spending cap.

Two plans, the whole product in both: Team, €49 excl. tax a month for 3 people; Pro, €99 excl. tax a month for 10 people, up to 25. No free plan. 14-day trial on Pro, no card.
