Frequently asked questions
Where is our data hosted?
In France. Your workspaces’ data and files are hosted there, and Inbee’s AI runs on European models. Our list of subprocessors is published in our legal notice.
Can a member’s access be limited to certain apps?
Yes. Each app (Support, Mail, Team chat, CRM, Docs, Assistant, Reports, Newsletters…) is a permission. Without it, the app disappears from the person’s screen and stays closed.
Which roles does Inbee offer?
Owner, Admin, Marketing, Agent and Read-only. The role sets the starting permissions; you then adjust them app by app.
Can two-factor authentication be enforced for the whole team?
Yes. The organisation’s sign-in policy can require it, along with a maximum session length and a minimum password length. Everyone also gets 10 backup codes.
What does the activity log contain?
Everything that changes in settings: members, roles, access, inboxes, automations, AI, exports. Who, when, before and after, with filters and CSV export. You set how long it is kept, from 90 days to 10 years.
How do we cut off access for someone who leaves?
Deactivate the member: their access is cut off without deleting anything, and you can reactivate them later. Everyone can also sign out their devices remotely.
Who can read our conversations with the Inbee assistant?
Only their author, admins included. Inbee only answers with documents the person is allowed to read, and personal notes are never read by the AI.
