Frequently asked questions
Do we need a help center to use Feedback?
No. Choose an address and publish only the Feedback pages. If you have a help center, they appear in its menu.
How do your customers vote?
On the suggestions page or in the website chat. They confirm their address through a link sent by email; a customer already recognised in your product votes straight away.
Can we create an idea from a conversation?
Yes. From a ticket, create a prefilled idea or link the ticket to an existing one; the customer counts as a voter and will be notified.
Are suggested ideas published straight away?
No. They arrive in Feedback and you decide whether to publish them, merge them with an existing idea or decline them.
When are voters notified?
When an idea moves to Planned, In progress or Shipped, you can notify its voters by email.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Start with a free subdomain, then connect your own domain whenever you like.
