Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between NPS, CSAT and CES?
NPS measures how likely a customer is to recommend you (0 to 10). CSAT measures satisfaction after an interaction or purchase. CES measures how much effort it took to get what they wanted. Inbee offers all three.
How do we show an announcement inside our app?
Add the website chat to your app with a code snippet. Your announcements, surveys and checklists then show there according to the triggers you choose.
Can we target an announcement by language or segment?
Yes. Each announcement has its own languages, segments and start and end dates; it only shows to the customers it concerns.
How do we avoid surveying customers too often?
Each survey has its own frequency, pages and segment. You decide who sees it, where, and how often.
Where do we find survey answers?
In Inbee: every answer is saved with its score and comment, and stays available to your team.
How does the ideas board work?
Your customers suggest ideas and vote on a public board. You give each idea a status; when it changes, voters are notified.
What is an onboarding checklist for?
To guide a new customer through their first steps. They see their progress, and steps complete automatically as they do them.
